This looks like professional skateboarder Don Nguyen...aka "The Nuge"

About 10 seconds in...His jawline looks a little longer then Don's, but who knows right?

As you can tell John is hiding something here.  Instead of just trick or treating he wanted to do a bit of skateboard trick or treating with the kids.  Candy Rules...

Do yourself a favor and search for "Hugh Holland & skateboarding"".He photographed skateboarders in the 1970s especially the z-boys. What makes him unique in my book is that he showcases the art of skateboarding rather than the sport. Cool stuff...and to make it even cooler is that he is from Oklahoma!

This is video from the memorial road gas station. Fun place to roll around although it is rough in a few areas.

Some footage from the front of my house.  This was blogged with Qumana.

Flock passes the grade!

I can post and even edit my posts...

easy stuff!

flock test

yet another test with

flock...

so far flock is the best application that I have used, because of its integration with flickr...

I can just drag and drop pictures into posts and it creates html for me!

what easy stuff!

FLock

This is a post from flock.

It has most of the usuall html/wysiwyg type editing.

I am liking the integration this web browser has with flickr and the blogg tool is built right in!

email post

I am posting this via email as a feature test within blogger.

I will see how well a pic publishes this way.

And test the font and color features.

Hopefully this works well...ti should.

Mac Journal Entry

This is an entry with Mac Journal 4.

It doesn’t update the pictures I have had already posted...not good.

Since this is an universal application it works really well with typing and it seems really responsive.

The Font Feature is okay.

it uses the standard OSX layout/color/font scheme.

the above picture may or may not work...we will see!

Flickr Test with Qumana

I am trying this post with Flickr...

I am using 1001, which is an application for using flickr and blogging.

This should be easy!

here are pictures of a recent skateboarding road trip to Wichita, KS with a stop by Blackwell, OK on the way up.

The top is a poor example of a skate park while the rest are good examples.  Notice the bottom two pictures of a pool replica complete with blue tile coping!

this was an easy post as all I had to do was right click on an image that I have uploaded and copy it's URL and then insert it into my post.

All the above pictures were taken with a Canon digital camera that my buddy John-O bought.

peace,

D

Showman's rest

showmans rest, originally uploaded by hoach.

here is a pic of Hugo, Oklahoma's Showman's Rest. Hugo is home to three major circus troupes.
I am using flickr for this post...

fourth test...

So far...

I have used Ecto, Googles free blogger widget, Marsedit and now I am using Qumana.

First thing first this seems to have the most features so far.  Of course all of these application besides for googles widget are shareware and require me to purchase in order to advantage of all of the features...

Here is a test with a new font.  A test with a new size of font.  So far I like Qumana the BEST!

What I like about this application is that it is intel ready...and seems really snappy.

peace,

blogger problems...

so the problem with ecto and mars edit has nothing to do with the applications but blogger themselves...I can't upload images because blogger does not allow me to upload images...it only lets me link via html...

Test with MarsEdit

I am posting this with MarsEdit. This is another application that is much like ecto, but what I like about this one is that it was much easier to set up. All i had to do was enter in the name and URL of my blog and it filled in the rest.

the problem with ecto was that it did not integret very well with iphoto even though it says it should. The HTML was really easy and had some "easy" options with it. MarsEdit seems to be a lot faster.

Currently playing in iTunes: The Weight by The Band

this seems really neat with custom html tags.

I am out...
